Gramma and Papa

My parents left from Lawton today.

My Mom arrived the day after Ethan was born and has been here the last two weeks helping out and enjoying our Little Man! It was so wonderful to have her here during this time. She took care of Bella every morning so Mommy and Ethan could get a little extra sleep, she cooked, cleaned and continued to be the best baby diaper changer. If there is one blessing to living far away from family, it is that they come and visit during significant times such as having a baby. It was such a big help to have her here during this time. It was a special time and I am very thankful for my mom's visit.

My Dad came on Thursday to meet his first grandson. Right from the very beginning he was smitten with our Little Man. A proud Grandfather indeed. The six of us enjoyed spending the last three days together... other then the fact that Bella was miserable with a fever the whole time. But regardless, it was great to have my parents here to visit for this special occasion in our lives. Thanks so much Mom and Dad for coming out to support our growing family and spend time with the newest member of your family. We love you!
