32 Weeks!

32 weeks already! Crazy! Another baby in 2 months... where does the time go?
Getting excited!
I started my dr's appointments every two weeks now. I've slowed down in the weight gain department (Thank Heavens). The baby's heart rate was in the 130's... a little low. A boy perhaps??? My guess is still a girl. Ben thinks baby shaub #2 is a boy. We'll see soon enough who's right!

Finally Sunday...

Well what an eventful Sunday to wrap up our week long blogging spree.
The day started off with Church (although we didn't quite make it to church as we usually do). We watched our service on TV, so we could head up to OKC at a decent time. YES, for all of you Canadians, it is actually a BIG thing here to video tape Church services and live stream it on tv.
Bella sure enjoyed watching our choir sing:
VIDEO UPLOADING...

Before we headed out, Bella opened up one of her presents. She loved it. Although would get a little frustrated trying to maneuver it around the house.
Then it was off to OKC for Bella and I to fly out to Billings for Christmas (Ben to come in a few days). We made it a.o.k to Denver and then...

Well we had a few problems. Our flight was supposed to take off at 9:15pm, but was delayed due to weather in the East until 12:15. I thought for sure Bella would tucker herself out and fall asleep well before then, as she only slept for 45 minutes on our car ride up to OKC... But no, this little girl was wired. She not only didn't go to sleep... she ran and played all over the Denver airport. Here are some pics to prove it:
This photo was taken at 7:30 at the beginning of our journey:
This photo was taken at 11:37 Belly running like a mad woman through the halls:
This photo at 12:42 For some reason she was liking my water bottle:
This photo at 1:25... as you can see with every photo she is looking more bright eyed... at this point I couldn't believe that she wasn't sleeping. I was just SO THANKFUL she didn't scream the whole night like a fellow toddler traveller:
And finally this photo at 1:43 (Oklahoma time). Bella has finally tuckered herself out. This was just before we boarded the plane @ 12:43 Denver time. And about a minute later she was out... AND I MEAN OUT for the night!
And this photo is after we sat on the tarmack for a hour, before Untied cancelled our flight due to weather in Billings. We were waiting for the shuttle to pick us up and take us to the hotel... After waiting 25 minutes (it was almost 3:30 in the morning), I finally decided to just pick a spot in the Denver airport and call it a night (because the airline wanted us back at the airport at 6:00 to catch our flight... there was no point in staying at the hotel. Only to find out the net morning, the shuttle never came back to get the people waiting)
This is where we (I mean Isabella) slept for the remainder of the night... behind a check in counter on the concourse.
I of course couldn't get comfortable and was paranoid to fall asleep in a public place with my child fast asleep beside me... I slept with one eye open for maybe 30 minutes.
And this is my bright eyed child after sleeping on the airport floor from 3:30-7:00. She sure did love her FREE breakfast in the morning.
Shortly after this we boarded the plane to Billings. YAY! And when we got to Billings... we slept!

Saturday!

Bella was nice and let us sleep in until 9:00 this morning. Then it was time to cuddle in bed. Daddy was still a little tired.
Bella eating her lunch after nap.
The morning wasn't too exciting... After Bella's nap she had some lunch and then we headed to Chillicothe, TX to get some Christmas gifts for the best little pecan farm in this part of the country. I forgot to take a picture of the place, but it is this little quaint country store with all the pecans you could dream of... chocolate covered, toffee covered, whole pecans, pecans and caramel, salted pecans, roasted pecans, jalapeno pecans and the list goes on... My favorite are the toffee-chocolate covered and Ben of course got some homemade fudge.
This was the same place Julie and I took the girls to take photos with pumpkins back in October. It is a great place for photos... so I brought our good camera and took some.
On our way back to Altus, we stopped at Scott Farms to pick up some authentic Oklahoma gifts. Some meat rubs/marinade, soup mix and jams.
After we got home, Bella had some mail waiting for her. A Christmas card from Grammy Shaub, with a little money in it...
So of course we had to put it in her piggy bank.

Friday...

So this morning started off with baking cookies for our cookie decorating party Pictures below)... Of course I was trying to feed Bella breakfast at the same time... and needless to say, she wasn't at all interested in eating her breakfast. One little taste of cookie and that was it... breakfast what?
Can you tell that I'm not the neatest baker! I won't lie... it comes easy (being a messy baker that is(!
After our friends left, Bella had a LONG and much needed nap... and then it was time to brush our teeth after lunch. Every time we walk into the bathroom, Isabella starts pointing to her toothbrush and says "Mommy I want to brush my teeth" in Bella language!
While she was brushing her teeth (and distracted) I was able to put her hair in pig tails!!! How cute does she look! Too bad they didn't last 5 minutes!
We hit the road after that to run some errands. Our good friends Kim & Jim (Rachel & Hannah too) Moore are moving to Florida and this was their last day in Altus. So I met up with Kim to give her a little going away card and to say goodbye. Jim and Kim were a very special part of our Altus community. I will miss them lots! Here is Bella with Kim saying goodbye!
Then we made a quick stop at Blockbuster to pick up tonight's entertainment.
Bella was having too much fun playing with the candy... what is it with kids and candy????
After arriving back home... Daddy came home early from work! Yay... this is Isabella's favorite time of day! Daddy chases her around, throws her on the bed and tickles her... she laughs and laughs and laughs (with a few scrams in there too)
We also had another pile of laundry to fold... it is endless.
Other then that... it was a pretty quiet night... I wasn't a fan of the movie we got from Blockbuster, so Ben ended up watching it and I made cards to take to Billings for Christmas presents. And that was that.... On to Saturday!

The pictures from our Cookie Decorating party!
This morning we had a cookie decorating party! Bella's best buddies Maddie and Eva (and little Violet) came over to help us decorate cookies that Bella and I made this morning!
The girls were VERY excited to get their cookies decorates... because all they really wanted to eat was the FROSTING! It was too cute. Check out those cutesy aprons Julie made for the girls!
All the cookies ready to decorate!
Helping Bellie get sprinkles on her cookie.
Although, she knew what to do... she missed the cookie most of the time!
After eating frosting... the girls tore apart Bella's room... and had a HOOT in the process! Aren't they just the cutest!?

Thursday...

Well today was a bit of a crazy day... It's almost 11:00pm and I have been at home for all of 4 hours all day! So for now... here are the pics from our day and the writing will have to come later!

This morning we cruised downtown Altus shops with our best buds!
Then had a healthy lunch at an Altus Hotspot!
After a quick nap at home, Bella and I headed here for my Dr's apt:

Then headed to WalMart for another shopping trip to buy groceries for a Christmas Hamper we are giving out through our church to a couple from the Pregnancy Center!
All the things in the Christmas hamper:
Then we headed to the Pregnancy Center to deliver the Christmas Hamper. We had a little 'situation' that held us up at the Center until we got home at 8:00, at which time I left Bella with Ben and headed off to teach my spin class (maybe the last time before baby comes).

And now I'm going to bed! Night! Check back later for more updates from today!
